In EU is not possible to obtain Organic certificate for soilless nurtured crops. Even for potted farming with soil, EU allows only for herbs and chicory type of crops to get the Organic certificate provided that such crops are sold in pots! This is total non-sense policy, which unfortunately was updated recently (couple years ago) however that is what happen when incompetent policy makers are engaged.
