I am speaking on UX International conference in 3 month. Register at my course: "How to Boost Acceptance with the Integration of Experience Needs: Designing for Experience Needs" Do you know the user's experience needs for your product?  Without defining the experience needs (defined by Dr. Hassenzahl), you will fail.  In this course, you will learn how to define those experience needs and how you can work with them in every feature decision. With an actual showcase, I will show how we decided on different feature decisions for the whole product. In addition, without knowing these needs, you will mostly fail in every gamification approach. The experience needs are essential to create a working hook model.  I will also show the hooks we included and why we included them in our SALES and CRM tools. What's the output? We created a tool for every "normal" end user to become a sales expert without being an expert.  It is a tool to optimize the customer and user experience. Sales increased more than 100%.
