Saudi Policymakers need to adopt new policies and laws. Just like allowing women to drive and removing segregation in restaurants, Saudi should allow co-education in both private and public schools and training centers. This will increase quality of education and reduce costs. Benefits of co-education: 1. Coeducation can help promote gender equality in a society where gender roles have traditionally been more rigidly defined. By providing both boys and girls with equal educational opportunities, coeducation can contribute to breaking down gender stereotypes and promoting equal rights and opportunities for all. 2. Coeducation can help students develop better social skills and learn to interact with members of the opposite sex in a respectful and productive manner. This can contribute to building a more inclusive and understanding society. 3. Having both male and female students in the same classroom can lead to a diversity of perspectives, ideas, and experiences. This can enrich classroom discussions, enhance critical thinking skills, and promote a more holistic understanding of various issues. 4. In a globalized world, the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds is becoming increasingly important. Coeducation can help prepare students for this reality by exposing them to different viewpoints and experiences early on. 5. Coeducation can empower girls and women by providing them with the same educational opportunities as boys. This can help in narrowing the gender gap in education and increasing female participation in various fields, including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). 6. Some studies suggest that coeducational settings can lead to improved academic performance for both boys and girls. The healthy competition and collaboration between students of different genders can motivate them to excel academically. 7. Coeducation can help students develop better communication skills, as they learn to effectively communicate and collaborate with members of the opposite sex. This can be beneficial in their personal relationships, future careers, and societal interactions. #KSA #SAUDI #SAUDIARABIA #MBS Saudi Vision 2030 Ministry of Investment Ministry of Commerce - Saudi Arabia Ministry of Economy and Planning - MEPsaudi Ministry of Energy Ministry of Education, Saudi Arabia Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia Human Capability Development Program | برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية Human Capability Initiative

I am so proud to share that I have joined 'Young Women Building Their Future' project as a mentor! #YoungWomenBuildingTheirFuture Project aims to address the challenges faced by young women not in employment, education or training (NEET), make their needs mor visible, and establish mechanisms to tackle these problems and needs. Supported by the Sabancı Vakfı, the Young Women Building Their Future Project is implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Sabancı Foundation in cooperation with the T.C. Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığı, Ministry of Family and Social Services and T.C. Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. In Turkey, the NEET share overall among young people aged 18-29 is 34.7%, but women are more affected, at 50.5 percent, against 24.4 percent for men in the same age group. These data show that one out of every two women aged 18-29 in Turkey is in the NEET class. As part of the project, mentorship support will be given to 450 NEET women who receive training to increase the awareness and empowerment, and to improve employment opportunities by increasing the competencies of “accessible” NEET women in Turkey.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 I recently had the privilege of appearing on #VenusHD, where I discussed a sub-topic close to my heart: the transformative role of training in the personal and professional development of women. 💼 𝓟𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓓𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓵𝓸𝓹𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽: Investing in high-quality training equips women with the skills and confidence needed to navigate complex challenges, both in their careers and personal lives. Advanced training programs often provide tailored learning experiences, enabling women to excel in leadership roles, entrepreneurship, and specialized professions. 🌐 𝓟𝓻𝓸𝓯𝓮𝓼𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓖𝓻𝓸𝔀𝓽𝓱: Such training can open doors to higher-paying jobs, promotions, and career shifts. By mastering new technologies and methodologies, women can become indispensable assets to their organizations, driving innovation and efficiency. 🏫𝓡𝓸𝓵𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝓣𝓻𝓪𝓲𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓘𝓷𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓽𝓾𝓽𝓮𝓼 𝓲𝓷 𝓟𝓪𝓴𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓷: 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨: The government can subsidize expensive training programs, making them accessible to a broader demographic. Initiatives like these can bridge the gender gap in various industries, fostering a more inclusive workforce. 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Private training institutes can offer scholarships and flexible payment plans to encourage more women to enroll. Additionally, partnerships with multinational companies can provide real-world experience and networking opportunities. 🤝 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Let's work together to create an ecosystem where every woman in Pakistan has the opportunity to reach her full potential. By supporting expensive training initiatives, we can pave the way for a brighter, more equitable future. #EmpowerWomen #TrainingAndDevelopment #ProfessionalGrowth #PersonalDevelopment #Pakistan #Leadership #Inclusion #CareerAdvancement

Development Specialist (Digital & Financial Literacy) | Empowering youth through a unique blend of digital and life skills education, alongside essential online safety training | Aspiring Cyber Security Analyst 💻 |
🌟 Grateful for the PAYAIG Training Experience! 🌟 I'm beyond thrilled to have had the opportunity to attend the PAYAIG (Pan-African Youth Ambassadors for Internet Governance) training from 16th to 20th September! 🎓💡 Over these transformative days, I gained invaluable insights into how Internet Governance works to maintain a secure, stable, and equitable digital ecosystem. The training deepened my understanding of the origin of Internet Governance and how everyone has a role to play in securing the Internet. 💡 My 5 Key Takeaways: 1. Collaboration is Key: Effective Internet governance requires global cooperation, involving various stakeholders from government, private sector, civil society, and academia. 2. Africa's Digital Future: While witnessing the rise of digital technologies on the continent, it’s crucial to shape these innovations to serve African communities. 3. Infrastructure is the Backbone: The technical aspects of the Internet like infrastructure and connectivity, play a massive role in equitable access. 4. Legal Frameworks Matter: Clear legal and economic policies are essential to ensure that the Internet remains a tool for development, not exploitation. 5. Youth as Change Agents: Young people must take charge of shaping the digital world, advocating for policies that align with our values of openness, inclusivity, and fairness. This experience has left me inspired and ready to contribute to the future of Internet governance in Africa! 🌍💻 I even got to interact with a few members of the Kenya Internet Governance forum Tabitha Wangechi Sumaiyya Juma 💬 How do YOU think we can contribute to promoting fair, inclusive, and effective Internet governance? Let’s keep the conversation going in the comments below! Your ideas matter. 👇 #InternetGovernance #PAYAIG2024 #YouthLeadership #AfricaRising #ICYBERCZAR #IGFAMBASSADOR #IGF2024 #ETHIOPIA2024 #RIYADH2024 #KIGF #opentoconnect #SaturdayConnect

🌍 Bridging the Gap at Thembisa High School 🎓 The challenges of high unemployment and inequality in South Africa often limit access to essential career information for young people in disadvantaged areas. To address this, we (WEF Global Shapers - Johannesburg Hub) took action at Thembisa High School 🏫 The project focused on: 1️⃣ Increasing access to career information by highlighting evolving opportunities, like the gig economy. 2️⃣ Equipping students with tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their future. 3️⃣ Fostering self-confidence and encouraging youth to pay it forward by sharing what they learn. Meeting the students was truly something! How wonderful to grow up in a world where you can dream of being a content creator, a chef, or a future president🤩 I firmly believe that no one’s dreams should go unrealized simply because of where they come from or what resources they lack. Many thanks to StudyTrust and Your Career Plug for partnering with us! 🎯 By empowering young people with the resources and information they need, we’re working on bridging the gap and building a more inclusive, equitable future that’s full of possibility! If you’d like to work on, partner, or sponsor projects like this, please feel free to reach out!📩 #YouthDevelopment #CareerAccess #EducationForAll #SDG4 #InclusiveGrowth #JoTheGeneralist #YouthEmpowerment #FutureLeaders
