Hello all, I am responding to the hiring post I shared last week. I am so thankful to so many responses and portfolio links that were shared! I'm overwhelmed. Please allow me some time to go through all the portfolios and revert after I e-meet a few. I will reply to each one personally and also give feedback over an e-meet if you're interested. But there is something that I want to bring up here. So many people talk about HR or companies not replying to their applications. Maybe now I understand why. Candidates just send their applications without even reading the requirements of that particular job. Eg. If the job requires a graphic designer, a fashion designer will not work. No matter how good that person is. Another point is that if the budget is mentioned, you can still apply if you are somewhere close, but please 60-70% more than the budget specified? I can imagine how overworked the HR staff must be. In this case, I am just shortlisting for one position.
