Just a reminder that the data shows that more likely than not you will become a caregiver of another human at some point in your life. And that it’s not always the choice you’d like to think it is. And, there’s a 100% chance that someone will have cared for you before you hit the workforce, and will likely again sometime after you leave it. Caregiving impacts every single one of us and everyone benefits when we design the workplace to work WITH it instead of in spite of it.
