Implementing the 𝙄 𝘼𝙈 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙡𝙮 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 in various organizations, empowering them to actualize their potential and create a positive impact. - 3. Hosting the 𝙄 𝘼𝙈 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙡𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙 14 𝙩𝙤 19 ⭐, aiming to educate and inspire them to manifest their potential and contribute positively to our communities. - 4. Organizing the 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙡𝙮 𝙀𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 to highlight individuals and organizations catalyzing positive change, showcasing them as role models and inspirations. Each participant received a monetary prize to support their ongoing impactful work. - 5. Arranging a 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 with local and international speakers and entertainers to educate and inspire individuals and organizations to increase their social involvement, causing a Butterfly Effect in our community. - 6. Introducing Asked and Answered!     Hi, Friends –  Most people who know me know that I love having discussions about what’s next; challenging norms and pushing to accelerate, usually with ambitious expectations. I’ve spent many years serving some of the largest and most impactful companies in the world in my roles at Fragomen - most recently with a focus on Fragomen’s WorkRight technology. I also offer my experience in a volunteer leadership and mentor capacity to a number of industry organizations.    I’m asked a lot of questions. And truth be told, I love it!    Recently I was challenged to share more about the discussions I have.    To that end, I am going to give it a try. I certainly don’t think that I have all the answers, but perhaps it will drive a lively and deeper conversation from the community. I hope so! So for now, at least two days each month, I’ll share some of the most frequently asked questions I get right here – along with my thoughts. I’ll cover ground from Right to Work, I-9 and immigration to corporate culture and community to AI to how our personal values and diversions impact our work lives. I’m sure there’ll be a range of other topics, too, related to global mobility, talent acquisition and engagement, right to work onboarding and vetting, networking and work-anywhere issues, not to mention family, kids and dogs!   Have a question? As I approach my last day at the Business in the Community Ireland, I want to take a moment to reflect on some of the experiences, adventures, and achievements I had in the last 4 years. 🤝EPIC: The brilliant team Livia, Maeve, Celine, Justyna, Breda and the rest of the crew made integration into the Irish Employment a joy. Nothing can replace the assurance and support the EPIC team gave me and made me welcome in a new land! 👩🏽💼Mock Interviews: An opportunity to give back - support and empower others like me on their journey into a new country and job market. Ended up making friends for life! 🔢Time to Count: Think playing math games with kids ages 7-9 is child’s play? It redefined the meaning of child’s play to me. The kids surprised, challenged and inspired! 🫶🏽Time to Meet: Fantastic new volunteering opportunity to simply talk, and more importantly to listen. Sharing is a superpower 🦸🏽♀️ 💰Corporate Charity Partnerships: There is a lot of science and math behind establishing the perfect relationship – the same holds true for establishing a long-term corporate-charity partnership.   🌍Leaders Round Table: An opportunity to see over 30 leading CEOs come together to do amazing things and be willing to be challenged to do better. The power of a collective! 🔗Modern Slavery: Modern slavery issues could be happening right next to you. Right from the tomatoes in your salad to those chocolates in your pantry. ♻️Circular Economy: A topic that influenced me to the core and challenged a lot of my everyday choices. Reduce, repair, reuse – rethink as well??   🛜Responsible Technology: Closely connected to Circular Economy and touching our everyday life, a very powerful topic that needs to be discussed and addressed more effectively. ⚙️🏆BWR Mark: My bread and butter, established on the foundation of a management system to drive continuous improvement. A terrific opportunity to challenge and integrate EESG into the multitude of companies. Finally, and most importantly it is the people that I interacted with – my team and colleagues who made the experiences so real! Made some best of friends! It is so hard to close my laptop and say bye, but I take all the love and learning with me, and can proudly say I am a #BITCAlumni now!

This initiative stands out not only for its commitment to transparency but also for its dedication to authenticity in stakeholder engagement. The focus was on the Labour Market Observatory which will be designed to analyse and report on employment trends, providing valuable insights into workforce dynamics, skills gaps, and economic conditions to inform policy-making, support educational and business planning, and enhance job matching, regional development and more. 🟣Harnessing Diversity for Informed Decision-Making The gathering brought together an eclectic mix of voices from businesses, policymakers, skills providers, charities, and education sectors. Such a diverse group ensures that every angle is considered, highlighting the importance of multiple perspectives in shaping impactful strategies. 🟣 The Power of Conscious Leadership What truly sets this project apart is its embodiment of conscious leadership. This approach goes beyond mere participation; it involves actively listening and integrating stakeholder insights to shape outcomes that are not only effective but also inclusive. The dynamic interactions during the workshop—filled with probing questions and lively discussions—underscored the effectiveness of this leadership style. 🟣 Technological Integration for Immediate Results A remarkable feat of the event was the real-time creation of a detailed 40-page report, facilitated by Professor Jonathan Wallace his colleague. The ability to engage a room full of diverse stakeholders and immediately turn their input into actionable outcomes is something all organisations should aspire to. The proactive use of technology and inclusive dialogue paves the way for future projects that are as efficient as they are enlightening. It was particularly heartening to see some familiar faces at the event, reinforcing the strong community ties and ongoing collaboration that make these initiatives so impactful. This familiarity among participants not only enriches the dialogue but also strengthens the network of support essential for the sustained success of such projects.
