Welcome to DAYHOUSE LIVING, a BIOPHILIC MAGAZINE, where DESIGN meets NATURE, HEALTH and SUSTAINABILITY.
Since not many people know terms like biophilic design, regenerative design, nature-centric design, design for health, multisensory and restorative spaces, building biology and neuroaesthetics, the magazine aims to fill this knowledge gap within a general population.
We launched the Dayhouse Living magazine to raise awareness about how science-informed design of the built environment can nurture well-being.
We hope everyone can find something of interest. For example, how much do you know about the health benefits of urban trees? What do you know about limestone-based paints? Our feature article, “Healing by Design”, is a lay version of our peer-reviewed article “Healthy Dwelling”, we published in 2022 (LINK: https://lnkd.in/gUVruDRf).
We look forward to receiving feedback and suggestions on the content, while we continuously improve the overall quality of the Dayhouse Living magazine. It’s always work-in-progress….
