Physical Therapist turned Healthcare Recruiter | Partnering with Healthcare Teams to Find Top Talent | Recruiting Therapists, Nurses & Leadership

“You’re a PT, and it makes sense to call you back”. “I get hit up by recruiters all the time, but since you were a PT, it made sense to connect with you.” “Being a PT, I know you’ll understand the type of clinic I’m looking for.” All Outpatient PT clinics are not the same. All SNFs are not the same. All Home Health agencies are not the same. All Hospital systems are not the same. The list goes on. So when connecting with candidates, we cut right to the chase. I dissect exactly what they are looking for, what their dealbreakers are and where their flexibility lies. This is how the match is made. I’m not presenting just ANY therapist to an organization, wasting their time interviewing when they were never a good fit all along. My goal for my clients? That they are able to leverage my database and networks, cut down on time and give them the best shot at landing a clinician who will be with them for the long haul. The right fit is so important. My job is to make the match, not just “fill” an open role.

Absolutely! I get recruiters constantly asking me to interview for roles that I have no experience for and wouldn't be a good fit for. The skills in the job description are no where on my resume and it always feels like they did not even read my resume at times. There is more to a job title. A manager at one organization isn't just going to be able to fill any manager role.
