I fixed the talent acquisition process!!!

Think "Love is Blind"...
BUT with candidates and hiring managers... 👀
The recruiters screen the candidates (as usual) like the producers would, and then their shortlisted candidates enter the "pods" with hiring managers.
Hiring Managers and Candidates (divided by a cool-looking wall) both deep dive into their lives, work history, management styles, culture...you name it.
This happens until both parties "find the one" and commit to an Employment Engagement sight unseen!!!
Oh I can just imagine what the dorms and backrooms would be like...and the REUNION?! Say less.
Could be the greatest, OR the absolute most unhinged thing the world has ever seen (besides this post).
