New Hire He must be living in UAE Projects Management Officer   -            Evaluation of proposed projects from social and financial returns perspectives, on both standalone and portfolio basis -            Identifying and setting the social criteria deliverables for each project -            Identifying risk factors (and mitigations) for the projects pre and post implementation -            Pursuing the fulfillment of internal requirements/documents as the project proceeds through various stages of internal approval -            Follow up (post funding) on the implementation of the social outcomes (including validation/evidence) and any financial outcomes -            Propose methods and tools to improve the project’s evaluation effectiveness. -            Propose comprehensive project documentation, including plans and progress reports. -            Propose a mechanism for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all projects. -            Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate project success -            Identify and implement technology solutions for project management.    

Having served as a facilities specialist in the largest higher educational institution across the UAE, it's disheartening to face the hurdle of not even being short-listed by smaller organizations despite a wealth of experience in various fields like contracts management, project coordination, and budgeting. This situation sheds light on the evolving demands of the job market, where organizations may prioritize specific skills or experiences over broader qualifications.
