Should you change a winning formula? There’s a football analogy in here which I just can’t grasp at the moment.. give me time, it’ll come to me. Feels kind of the same with how people run their amazon account. ‘We’ve grown YOY so why change it’ So it’s ‘VENDOR VENDOR VENDOR’ OR ‘SELLER SELLER SELLER’ 🤺Touché indeed 🤺 But when you consider small things like 🤑Profitability 😶🌫️Performance vs Market growth and dynamics 😱Competitor performance 🫠Market share Ad infinitum, ad nauseum. Surely winning in a vacuum where it’s not only 3 points on offer each week - without considering change of approach and adaptation to market and amazon conditions is 😬At best lack of awareness 🫣At worst laziness and/ or arrogance 🤔What is worse laziness or arrogance? The point I’m making is what you do on Amazon that’s ‘worked previously’ may not necessarily be the best option currently and forever and ever - so check yourself and your options before claiming eternal victory.
