Even those locations we've managed for 20 years stand to learn a few new things, and our partnership with Impulsify to create a limited service grab-and-go market in an otherwise unused corner of our Clubhouse at Las Vegas RV Resort is a great example of that. We're generating revenue from a space we previously didn't think possible, while improving the guest experience. Win-Win!

Surrounded by the piñon covered foothills and nestled along the prestigious Arkansas River, Salida RV Resort is enjoying its second summer season and continues to come into full swing! A unique offering with park model retail sales (w/monthly site rental) and a high quality transient offering in a coveted Colorado destination town. 38 park models have been sold with another 22 being delivered, the model provides an attractive mechanism for our client (50% profit on PM sales), and a way to build an operating model with a lower OpEx ratio. We’re honored to continue to steward this property for our client in our home state. And most of all, a huge debt of gratitude to our onsite leader, Audrey Klein! 🙌🏼
