We have engaged a big globally renowned Payments player to help us make payments to the users of our product wherever they are located in the world. Some noticeable observations in my 3 months long interaction with them from the stage of explaining our requirements till contract sign off(still some signatures to go): - Delayed responses. - Under staffed when the key POC is on holiday/leave which pushes/delays the conversation. - 2 weeks to provide Prod environment from contract sign off date.
