There is time to feel what you are truly feeling. Slow down. It takes time to get in the right frame of mind. It takes time to measure words, and ask the right questions. It takes time to hear what others are saying. Slow down. Feel the joy. Feel the peace. Feel the slowing of one's mind and heart. Slow down. Help yourself to slow down. Help others to slow down. For heaven's sake, slow down. Time is at hand. The time comes to ask and to listen. The time comes to breathe out and to breathe in. There is time, but only when we slow down.
