A great collaborative effort by @Colliers research teams to prepare our recent report “ExCEEding Borders: Retail Expansion in CEE-6 and the Baltics”. It highlights the remarkable international expansion efforts of Lithuanian brands compared to their counterparts in the CEE-6 and Baltic regions. Lithuania has around 32 brands actively seeking international growth, ranking it among the top three countries for retail expansion. In contrast, Latvia has 4 brands, Estonia 11, and Poland, despite its size, has 26. The report emphasizes that Lithuanian companies are not only thriving locally but also proactively pursuing new markets, starting with the Baltics before targeting Poland. Overall, the data showcases Lithuania’s dynamic business environment and its potential for significant cross-border retail growth, positioning it as a competitive player in the region.
