Well that depends, the first bulldozer as an attachment was patented in 1923 and put on a Holt Tractor in California. The first Caterpllar bulldozer was manufactured by Cat and installed in 1945. My Grandfather had a 1936 RD6 that he purchased with a LeTourneau “headache” dozer.

1moCaterpillar build it's first engineered dozer blade in 1945. There were other manufacturers before that built aftermarket blades.
