One of the topics that I worked on since 2005 was integrating maintenance management considerations into the whole life cycle of the building. A topic that has recently been on top discussion in the Annual Facility Management Conference. The integration process requires rethinking the whole building design process from yje feasibility studies, moving through design brief, conceptualization, design development, construction and operation. #FM

However, growth can only be achieved if new construction picks up again · 2024 is anticipated to be a relatively stable year for many countries, although there is a tendency towards a slight decrease in building volumes in most countries · Our forecast for 2025 suggests a positive turning point for new construction, which is crucial for driving growth Keep an eye out for our upcoming webinars and discover how these trends will continue to influence the construction industry in 2024 and beyond!
