Prepare and submit daily work reports to the supervisor or management, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges encountered. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is required. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a good quality camera. Must have a quiet workplace conducive to conducting virtual interviews. Probation Period: During the first 35 days, candidates will be on probation. They will receive a stipend between INR 5,250 to INR 7,250 based on their previous experience. The full stipend will be provided only if the candidate fulfils the following requirements: Present for all 35 days without any leave. Generate a total 200 leads. Fill out 10 interview schedules. Conduct 6 virtual interviews. Note: Failure to meet these requirements may result in a reduction of the stipend.

One thing, I would not change about the start of my career........ Being in the office every day. With so many people, adopting the remote working life (Including myself), being in the office everyday when I first started out in sales played a crucial factor to early success and quick development. Why? I was able to highlight who the top performers were. By copying & repeating what they were doing, this helped me to establish professionalism and standards early on in my career, and being an egotistical graduate I had to overtake them as fast as possible. Early on in my career, it was heavy cold calling, we had the opportunity to tap into any phone calls and listen/learn from other reps. This taught me quickly how to control my tonality, develop my Scripts (at the time), and invaluable objection handling skills. Working in the office isn't for everyone and I enjoy working from home, but..... If you're an early-stage sales person, do consider what your missing by not being in the office, because the fastest way to find an answer is normally to your right or left. Helpful job seeker advice. If your profile isn't getting found, you're not getting hired! These tips should make your profile more discoverable. Recruiter's when starting a search use key words to find people that tick all the boxes needed. SO, Here's some of the key words hiring companies use in their job specs that we search on. Make sure they're in your Linkedin profile and ideally a few times: > Job title - Keep it simple and specific: SDR, SMB AE, Enterprise CS, Don't overcomplicate it. If you're an SDR with a title of brand champion, I won't find you. > Vertical - no one does this! If you work in FinTech, have fintech in your profile, or MarTech, MedTech, CyberSecurity etc etc > Skill set - Do you cold call? outbound email? Run Demo's - get those keywords on your profile. Also, quantify them. We love to see that. How much of them are you doing? > Type of sell - Keywords like SMB, Mid-Market, Full Cycle, Enterprise, Transactional, High Volume, ACV, Deal size > Decision makers - who are you selling to "CISO", CMO's, CRO's, CFO's etc > Logistics - only able to work remote, no worries. Here are some of the requirements: You must speak fluent english without accent You must be consistent, discipline, hungry after sales and charismatic. You have a reliable internet connection, with a decent microhpone. The job can be done over a phone, but is 10x easier if you have a laptop You must be able to commit at least 4 hours a day to the job (American time zones) If you don't like routine and doing the same things again, then the job is not for you. Doesn't just give up after one call, can call the same person many times until they pick up. Must be a quick learner, or at least tech savy and somewhat decent IQ What you will do: Call interested or semi interested prospects into an account executive calendar.
