TCC closed this week on a 4.78-acre site in LA, located next door to the popular Northridge Fashion Center Mall. High Street Residential will develop the site into a 350-unit, luxury apartment building with world-class amenities, slated to deliver to the San Fernando Valley market in 2027. Our latest multifamily project in LA, Vivo on Harbor, signed on its signature retail tenant, a beloved SoCal woman-owned and operated bakery! This fall, Colossus will open a world-class bakery, restaurant and café concept at the building, which is on track to launch leasing later this summer and welcome our first residents by the end of the year. Colossus founded Kristin Colazas Rodriguez shared “When the opportunity to open a new retail location arose, we jumped at the chance to expand our footprint in a beautiful new building that is bringing an exciting new residential offering to the neighborhood.
