TCC Chicago continues to bet on Fulton Market, one of the Chicago’s most popular neighborhoods. The team revealed details for Fulton Park Campus, a thriving and innovative community rising in the heart of Fulton Market. Once complete, Fulton Park Campus will deliver four new buildings that will include 1.8 million square feet of new R&D/lab and office space, 368 luxury apartments by High Street Residential, and approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space, in addition to TCC’s existing Fulton Labs assets. Notably, the campus will feature the neighborhood’s first and only public park, designed for quiet meditation and active collaboration, opening later this year with outdoor lawn for concerts, green spaces for relaxation, picnic tables, a dog run, and more.
