Let me walk you through the process step by step. 1️⃣ Start by tapping into expired or failed MLS listings. These often hide lucrative opportunities waiting to be discovered. 2️⃣ Utilize platforms like PropStream, PropWire, or even your own MLS to access these listings. Pro tip: MLS is a goldmine for this purpose. 3️⃣ Apply equity filters to ensure sellers can afford to sell to you. For sub two deals, skip the equity filters. 4️⃣ Take your curated list to your preferred mail house. We recommend Open Letter Marketing or Ballpoint Marketing.
