In our ongoing efforts to enhance Population Health, it's crucial to understand the role of Value-Based Care in enabling effective Population Health Management. Approximately $45 million is allocated towards addressing issues related to care coordination, management, and data discrepancies. Leveraging AI can significantly alleviate these challenges within Population Health initiatives. If you're interested in delving deeper into our experiences with Value-Based Care within the realm of Population Health, reach out to discuss with our knowledgeable team. #Statcompiler# Dear Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) users, One of the best ways to verify any estimate you make on DHS indicators is to check the results available on the DHS statcompiler. For instance, if you estimate under-5 mortality using the DHS dataset for a particular country and get 25%, a check on statcompiler for the same indicator should give you the same 25% or something very close if the sample sizes are the same. If you are new to DHS, please visit this online tool: https://lnkd.in/gEHtYbQw Kindly watch our Youtube video on this tool: https://lnkd.in/geFVpp5Y Abdul-Aziz Seidu, PhD REMS Consultancy Services The Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) Program ICF USAID

Do you want to know more about how “healthy” your population is? Are you interested in knowing more about HEALTHSPAN®, an objective population-level measure of the amount of time individuals spend in good health? Then please join us on 13th May 2024 2:00pm – 3:00pm where Outcomes Based Healthcare and Michelle Vogelzang will talk about this in more detail https://lnkd.in/eRd7PiWK 1) HEALTHSPAN is a measure within the National Bridges to Health Segmentation Dataset and a view in the Population Health and Person Insight Dashboard. It has been developed using routinely collected, linked national longitudinal health and care data. 2) It measures when people develop their first significant long term condition, and the average age at which this occurs within a population. 3) It is measured in the context of Lifespan (the age at which people die), and the ratio of HEALTHSPAN to Lifespan, which shows the proportion of a population’s life spent in good health.
