Recent article updates: The HBI 2024 conference, held on June 10-12 at Park Plaza, London, was a resounding success! As part of the editorial team, I had front-row access to all sessions. This being my first business conference, it was incredibly educational. One session I found particularly engaging was "Decarbonising Healthcare," given my interest in climate change reporting. I wrote an article about how hospitals in South Africa are reducing their carbon footprint, with insights from Avanthi Parboosing of Life Healthcare and Giovanni Accardo of Siemens Healthineers.
