Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO)’s Post

By now, you’re well aware of the theme for HERO Forum24, “Change at the Speed of Trust: Belongingness as the Gateway to a Healthier Culture.” But have you taken a look at the breakout tracks that will carry this theme throughout our time in Baltimore, October 7-9th? Do you have a story to tell around organizational change? If you were in business the past four years, then your answer is most certainly “Yes!” For the “Best Practices and Organizational Change Management” track, we are particularly interested in examples where your health and well-being initiatives are well integrated into overall systems change strategies or process improvement initiatives. The best stories always include what worked and what didn’t. Speaking of integration, we also want to feature the benefits of deeper integration between worksite wellness and safety initiatives. In the “Work Redesign and Total Worker Health®” track, we want your examples that showcase the power of the employee voice when designing and executing well-being initiatives.
