In 2023, there were more than 39,000 visits to the emergency room for suicidality and 1,492 deaths by suicide in Arizona. It can be uncomfortable to talk about suicide. If you’re living with suicidality, you’re not alone. Use one of these messages to reach out to a person you trust and get the support you need.
