A Perfect Evening for Short Game Practice ☀️⛳ Had a fantastic sunny evening working on my short game. Here’s what I focused on: Chipping: My goal was to feel the position of the butt end of the club through impact, delofting the clubface and bringing the sweet spot down on the ball, ensuring a downward strike for crisp contact. Bunker Shots: Focused on developing the feel for an early release to get more control over the ball flight coming out of the sand. Pitching: Worked on loading the left side and using more vertical force to shallow the swing arc whilst hitting down, avoiding the clubs leading edge digging into the soft ground conditions. Putting: Concentrated on start line and distance control, key elements for sinking those critical putts. Overall, a solid practice session sharpening the areas that really make a difference out on the course.
