We are part way through week 1 of our firefly Adventure and today had our first group coaching call, to offer a space for everyone to review the intentions they have set / are setting for themselves over the course of the programme. I’m not going to lie, I was nervous… to the point of emotional sweat interfering with my focus (oh aren’t our bodies such a wonderful mechanism to telling us what our actual state it!). My nerves were valuable information for me. It reminded me that I care! I care deeply about this group of people (and have immense gratitude for them being the early adopters of our programme) and I know I speak for Gillam McClure and myself (and Louise Obi-Drake MSc, FRSA, BA Hons, AHEA) when I say we all care deeply about what we are creating at firefly future Ltd and the impact we have on the human beings who trust us with their time, their money, their energy, their focus. My nerves also reminded me that this too is a challenge journey for me, to step into the Adventure of the unknown, the uncertainty of the journey, but knowing that if we just take one step after another we will get to our own end… ie the delivery of a successful, impactful firefly Adventure. #firefly #fireflyAdventure #Adventure #Challenge #Connection #Community #change #coach #coaching #somatics #intentions #goals #success
