Inclusion is free and within each of our power and control. Just do it. Taking care of the inclusive language we use is a social agreement we can have that marks an inclusive culture. Language leads to behavior.

Absolutely agree! Understanding our team members on an individual level is the first step towards fostering a truly inclusive environment. It not only aids in recognizing their unique talents and perspectives but also helps in creating a workspace that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all. Great point!

Taking the time to understand each team member's unique background, strengths, and perspectives can create a more inclusive and supportive environment.

The problem is that most governments around the world Diversity Equity Inclusion policies are set on race and gender and as its set by the government; most industries, companies and organisations follow and do what the government has set out. If we are the have real inclusion; then all diverse, disadvantaged and disenfranchised people need to be included.
