Most importantly,1. Don't ever reveal un needed information. 2. Don't ever think you know what is going on in the boss's head Especially when he's an artist. And more important things to me are Truth loyalty and compassion unless they are on a path to try and take you down then you just let them dig there own grave and then filo the dirt in for em so they can't move concrete too.

Our culture and the city we live in describe well the balance between being humble and showing our ambitions when expressing our passions. It is a balance I pay a lot of attention to in hiring.💫💫💫

Understanding and clearly communicating your core values and priorities can truly set you apart. It not only shows self-awareness but also helps potential employers see how well you align with their company culture. What strategies have you found effective in identifying and articulating what matters most to you?

Absolutely agree! Knowing your core values and effectively communicating them can set you apart in an interview. It's all about showcasing who you are as a person and how that aligns with the company's culture. Thanks for sharing this valuable advice!

I have turned down candidates who couldn’t articulate what mattered most. Doing great work isn’t enough to demonstrate strength of character. I want to hire people who understand themselves.

As a hyper-humble person, I learned through reading this that my band-aid hasn't been ripped off enough. Great read!
