As I reflect on my decade-long journey with Stella May Contracting, Inc., I'm struck by the delicate balance we've maintained between honoring our fundamentals and embracing the future. In an industry as foundational as heavy civil construction, it's easy to stick to what's tried and true, yet as we all know true excellence comes from blending time-tested practices with cutting-edge innovations. Here's what this looks like for us ⏩ We've grown to over 275 employees, each bringing unique skills and perspectives. Our commitment to their growth, diversity and education is expanding as well. We've ventured into new territories, like our recent foray into electric overhead work. Diversification keeps us agile and relevant. As the largest minority-owned heavy civil construction company in the region and a proud employer through the Civics Works program, we're creating opportunities across Baltimore, Washington, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. While we value traditional skills, we're also integrating new technologies to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality. The key to our success?
