I thoroughly enjoyed the Naturally New York Restaurant + Retail discussion moderated by Teepoo Riaz with industry leaders Dario Wolos of Tacombi, Kiernan Laughlin of Deep Indian Kitchen, and marguerite mariscal of Momofuku. The panel shared their journeys from the restaurant world to launching a successful CPG business. In addition, NNY members Mai Vino , Harlem Baking Company, Sibahle Teas displayed their innovations with interest from Matthew Fried at Ace Natural!
