Employee name removed from email. This email states 'There is a case going on for some time in the UK with an ex-employee complaining about us still. The case went to court and has been decided in favor of the employee, but she seems to mourn to get more." 1) My case did not go to court. 2) I do not 'MOURN FOR MORE ‘as 3) I have not received a penny in compensation or even an apology.
