The 3 character traits you need to hire for a successful team 🔎 Integrity, Intelligence, and Energy (IIE). No particular order. Why them? Think about it: ❌ Integrity = ✅ Trust ❌ Intelligence = ✅ Problem-solving ❌ Energy = ✅ Drive Integrity: People with integrity are honest, open and upfront. They do the right thing even when nobody's watching. Trust forms the foundation of any relationship, including the employer-employee relationship. One of the biggest mistakes we watch companies make, is not hiring those with drive, ambition and determination. You may take the candidate who has a little more experience because it's an easier road for you.. but you may be missing out on a pivitol employee who could help take your business to the next level.
