When you work in consulting, you have to be adaptable. After all, it's expected of you to work on different projects, with different managers, in different circumstances. While that gives the opportunity to sample a variety of company cultures, so you can see what you find appealing and try to do the same at the company you work for. It also gives you the possibility to see how you especially wouldn't set it up. Hierarchical or flat, the working language Dutch or English, diversity of people and cultures or a uniformity? 🧐 We were curious to uncover the secret behind why our colleagues stay with us at Vodeno long term, sometimes since the beginning of our company. To kick off our series, we interviewed Ewelina Robak - our Principal IT Analyst, who shared her insights: "I've been working on Vodeno projects for more than 6 years. The biggest advantage of Vodeno, which keeps me here - is the people. I have the great pleasure of working with experts who possess extensive knowledge and experience. From them, I have learned a lot and significantly improved my skills in preparing clear project plans and timelines for coordination of work and collaboration between the teams. It helps me ensure that the plans are executed effectively and timely. Even more importantly, these are wonderful people who are always happy to offer support with a smile, making me always feel like a part of the team.
