Came away from two information packed days at SAP's BTP Customer Success Days at SAP's HQ in Newtown Square mulling the possibilities to leverage more BTP scenarios at HP and also hearing other customers success stories. As with the adoption of any technology, key questions need to be answered to narrow the focus on the appropriate BTP usage scenarios: 1) Which business requirements and/or problem statement can be mapped to capabilities within the BTP that can bring a benefit. 2) Having the right BTP governance framework within your company to help adoption and onboarding. 3) Proper understanding of the consumption model(s) (CPEA credits, subscription based etc.) and determining which one fits your usage scenario. 4) Working closely with your SAP Customer Success Partner (CSP) to map out the roadmap for BTP (BTP Application Dev Maturity Assessment is a good way to start) and more...
