Today, the Aspiring Leader Program (ALP) launched its 16th cohort of current and aspiring assistant principals. 91 participants engaged in learning centered around their leadership why, their top 5 talent themes through Gallup’s CliftonStrengths, and our district’s Portrait of a Leader. As a Cohort 7 graduate, ALP transformed my leadership lens and opened doors for me I would have never thought possible.
