FOSS4G was the best. No one was selling anything because it was open source so the talks were very informing. The vendors there were appropriate to the venue so it all just made sense. The best piece of swag is always tshirts. My wife wears a Cypress.io shirt we got back when they were but a speckle in their papas eye. Held on to it for years. Then there is Hackathon shirts which are worth their weight in gold. Finally Stickers. Cant go wrong with a nice well made sticker. Thats your cheap option. You do need a good artist to do the sticker art so its worth collecting. But gads and gads of millenials collect stickers. For a throw back... POGS! Lol.
