Good morning, everyone. I wanted to start today with sharing a little story with you. I'm going to read you a story, and the story is called That's Not My Job. And there are four main characters in this story I'm going to read to you and they are everybody, somebody, anybody and nobody ready. Let's get started. There was an important job to be done and everybody was sure that somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was everybody's job. Everybody thought anybody could do it, but nobody realized that everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that everybody blamed somebody when nobody did what anybody could have done. So what's the moral of this story? To me, this means we can do better. We can do better, meaning we don't have to only meet the status quo. I think we can do better as a society. We can do better as workplaces. We can do better as a community. Like, why are we settling and picking and choosing when we want to contribute? A lot of times I think Thursday will what's in it for me. But I think healthy cultures, especially in organizations, um, are really rooted on creating actions and behaviors that inspire people to own the results regardless of whose job it is. And so that's something that's really important to me. And you know, achieving mutual value exchange is at the core of everything that we should be doing. So there shouldn't be, you know, this this feeling in our culture about, well, that's not my job or that's below my pay grade. You know, those are things that just that just show an attitude. And if that's how your culture is operating, I really suggest you kind of dig in and look at some of those fundamental, fundamental things because I think there could be something going on. So I challenge you to kind of dig in, listen to those words that people are saying and if you're hearing that a lot, hey, this is not my job or go talk to so and so and people are brushing it off. Maybe you start to have some conversations.
