This demand enables startups worldwide to compete and secure their market share, despite the significant expansion of major players like SpaceX over the past decade. 🚀 The space launch market has increasingly democratized and some of the most exciting startups can be found across both North America and Asia. 🚀 With the surge in satellite launches each month, concerns about space debris are escalating among satellite companies, service providers, and national governments. More efforts are needed in this area to prevent potential major catastrophes.

Be the disruptor! Last month, we held our annual Missiles and Fire Control Communications Conference, where we gathered for two days of professional development, learning and collaboration. It was an inspiring event centered on the theme, “Be the Disruptor.” For the first time in years, we held the conference at the Grand Prairie site, and we gave them a big Texas welcome as every team member dressed in western attire to kick off the festivities. This year was not only about positive disruption but taking bold actions to usher us into the future, and if you pay close attention to the video, you’ll see me zip lining across my team and facing my fear of heights. If that’s not bold action, I don’t know what is! Last year, we launched a new long-term strategy for MFC communicators in the pursuit of elevating to strategic advisors in support of the enterprise. One essential element to that charter is adopting new AI tools and other emerging technologies. Embracing this positive disruption ensures we remain knowledgeable and relevant.
