If you could maximize your spa revenue by 20-30%, would you share it with your team? Motivate your spa reception to handle bookings strategically. Reward them for securing high-value treatments and packages. This will ensure they stop booking relaxation and stress relief massages only for every guest by default. Encourage your front desk and concierge to actively sell selected Spa treatments.
