I wonder if on-site parking will continue to be a top priority for residents in urban areas where municipalities are investing heavily in public transportation infrastructure. At Good Filling, we’ve noticed a growing trend towards sustainability-focused amenities (onsite composting, community gardens, beekeeping, delivery services provided by The Rounds, TULU, and Bevi, just to name a few). Tenants and management at Greystar properties in Boston have given us wonderful feedback about our zero-waste vending solutions, highlighting their desire for both convenience and eco-friendly options. It’s interesting to think about how these trends might converge in the future, with residents seeking comprehensive amenities that cater to both practicality and rapidly growing environmental consciousness, while management seeks ever more clever and affordable ways to differentiate their properties. Looking forward to seeing how these amenity trends evolve!
