With climate action coming to the fore, companies are placing greater emphasis on the green standards of their workplaces that meet their ESG requirements. As a major landlord here, we continually upgrade our office buildings to enhance their environmental performance. In recent years, we have completed AEIs for Republic Plaza and King’s Centre. Beyond infrastructure, we have also rolled out engagement initiatives for our tenants. As mentioned in The Business Times story, this includes our City Green Tenant Bonus programme, which aims to promote, encourage, and incentivise tenants to adopt sustainable practices and effectively reduce energy consumption. The pilot programme started from July 2024 for Republic Plaza tenants.
