Celebrating the #FirstDayOfSummer by reminiscing on our design team's work for Miami Joe's at Loews Hotels & Co Coral Gables! ☕️ Miami Joe called for an identity as straightforward as its name and offerings, but also needed to speak to the hotel as a luxury destination. Our design team delivered with a minimalist approach, using clean lines and bold letterforms to represent the modern, upscale grab-and-go concept. Our solution seamlessly extended to signage and other touchpoints, resonating with both Miami locals and travelers alike. If you're in South Florida this summer, make sure to stop by for a latte 😌🌴

CULTURE HOSPITALITY Culturally Inspired: Celebrating Uniqueness. Our focus as hospitality designers is to integrate project concepts with genuine reflections of a region that feel welcoming for guests as well as the local community. The recognition and appreciation of traditions and customs such as culinary specialties and crafts heritage becomes the foundation for uniquely enriching stays. When creating a hospitality destination, our choices are guided by how we can celebrate that place’s culture and spirit of togetherness. Incorporating these qualities into our designs helps us create communities that go beyond just places to sleep for the night—they give guests a sense of belonging and connection. This not only encourages them to have a good time, it also leads to happy reviews, positive word-of-mouth and, hopefully, repeat visits. We like to ‘dig deep’ to discover a location’s unique historical details instead of simply going with obvious broad strokes anyone can find on Instagram. By integrating these inspirations in quirky ways that surprise guests, we create experiences that linger in their memories. This also helps a local community feel valued, understood and wanted—woven with pride into the neighbourhood instead of being displaced. After all, that’s the very definition of the word ‘hospitable’—being friendly and welcoming! Innovation marketing for high-end market, with the mission of transforming the marketing and communications of heritage and modern brands into assets that generate growth | Supporter of the culture of modern business
Stylish color palette. A unique stamp, much like its style. Not just recently, but for years, consistently recognizable, coherent, and enduring over time. When this collection of hotels was launched, it represented an innovation in the industry, especially with its marvelous color palette. The Warren Street Hotel, the newest addition to the Firmdale family, located in the vibrant and creative neighborhood of Tribeca, embodies contemporary art and design, with every inch joyfully infused with Kit Kemp's sense of fun and love of storytelling. It features sixty-nine rooms, each individually designed, some with beautiful private terrace gardens and spectacular views of Lower Manhattan's skyscrapers and the Hudson River. Firmdale Hotels was founded by Tim and Kit Kemp and includes eleven luxury hotels and eight restaurants across London and New York. They are recognized as pioneers in the hotel industry, known for their high level of personal service and original approach to design. Both founders maintain that "hotels should be living entities, not formal institutions." 🙌 What’s your take? # 316 HOSPITALITY, United States 👉 More content on our website and subscribe to the weekly newsletter; the link to the featured news is in the first comment below. 🎯 If you want to learn more about our transformative approach to generating growth (yes, what we call innovation marketing!), feel free to write me privately.
