Candidate must be comfortable working in office 5 days per week in our beautiful Downtown Los Angeles location with a stunning view from the 34th floor and willing to travel 3 times per year. I see so much noise about sequences - but the thing about sequences is 99.5% of the time they are tied to a contact. And I'd say MOST of the time, the rep hasn't even figured out if that contact is the right person to be speaking to. Then I hear people hating on talking to 'gatekeepers'. People can't get past a 'gatekeeper'. Sure... but how bout we ban the term gatekeeper and just say "receptionist" or "company assistant" or something. Don't get me wrong, I've got a good way to just ask for a name bluntly and then throw in a few interruptions to get a receptionist to put me straight through to someone... But also receptionists HELP me so much. I've got a go-to script I've developed to get receptionists to open up and want to help me figure out who I need to talk to. The way I see it this saves me a ton of time, wasted effort, useless emails sent that get marked spam, etc. So how about we go to battle side by side with a friend, instead of going to war with the "GK".
