Gray Capital is pleased to announce that we have closed on our acquisition of Solana at the Crossing, a 384-unit class-A apartment community located in Indianapolis, IN. The acquisition of Solana marks over $112M of multifamily assets acquired across two properties and 824 units by Gray Capital in 2024.  We would like to thank all of our partners, investors, and everyone who has helped us with this project.
