Hospitality Staff Passionate about Rendering Outstanding Services. Human Resource Asst. Customer Care/Service Creating Memorable Guests Experience. Aspiring Flight Crew ✨
it's Okay to Look out for Models to be employed as Cabin Crews and High profiled receptionists or Stewards but at the end of the day I don't think that's all that matters because I'm much more concerned about the Body language and facial expressions of that individual offering an exceptional service to different personalities from all walks of life. The Hospitality industry as a whole offers Services more than Tangible products and therefore Personnel Administrators in this our industry ought to make qualities/Passion to Service a priority while Recruiting Applicants. yes appearance is the first impression but what comes next???. it's important to take that aspect seriously because trust me that's why Most INTERNATIONAL flight attendants/Cabin Crews wouldn't understand their Job description and of course they don't deliver excellent services in most cases. #HospitalityStaff #CabinCrews #FlightAttendants #Aviation #Stewards #Porters #HospitalityIndustry #Hotels #Tourism #Airlines

VIP/ Corporate Flight Attendant . Freelance . EASA CC Attestation and Aero Medical . Flight Safety International- Cabin Safety Training . B1/B2 and C1/D USA visas . Available for contracting
“𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚, 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚!” ( Z.Ziglar) Two things (in my opinion) make for a successful Corporate Flight Attendant: 1) 𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙚 and 2) 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨. You might ask “𝘼𝙧𝙚𝙣’𝙩 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩? 𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙥𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙?”. Skills are, indeed, essential in our industry. Safety, security and medical knowledge, menu planning, sourcing catering, food handling, culinary arts, time management, preparation, organisation, multitasking… all these play a crucial role in our job. 𝘽𝙐𝙏, here’s the thing, 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩! Skills only take you halfway. (I will say this again: This is just a personal opinion and anyone is free to disagree ☺️). There is an abundance of truly amazing training providers who, through their rich experience and deep knowledge, can help you acquire, develop and improve these skills. 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩,𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 is what will take you the rest of the way and is not something you can learn. Your attitude is what separates you from others and makes you unique. Remember, in corporate aviation, we not only provide service, we create a whole 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 for our clients! You might put together five flight attendants, who have been through the same training programs and have all acquired the necessary skills, yet, each of them could gift you with a different experience. Blues skies and tailwinds!✈️ #corporateflightattendant #privatejets #bizav #aviationprofessional #vipflightattendant #dowhatyoulove #freelance #contractor

Q: Why are crew members referred to as "Hosts" on Explora Journeys? A: The term "Host" is intentionally chosen to emphasize the personalized and welcoming service they provide. Unlike the traditional term "crew member," which can imply a more functional role, "Host" highlights their primary responsibility: to receive and treat passengers as valued guests, ensuring a warm and hospitable experience throughout their journey. I enjoy leaving #reviews. I tend to notice the individuals who often go #unnoticed. I like to highlight the behind-the-scenes #staff who actually play a significant role in providing good service. This time, I shared my thoughts about the #Costa #cruise crew. We had an exceptional cabin steward. He was actually the one who gave us a #personalized #experience, and, most importantly, he preserved the holiday feeling even when we encountered issues with other cruise staff. We were lucky to have Chelfin who did way more than expected! However, Costa Crociere S.p.A. made it super complicated to write a review for a specific person. I was told I needed to write it on a paper with the Costa logo. Okay, that meant waiting 20 minutes in line to get the paper, then writing the review and waiting 20 minutes in line to give the review to the customer service desk. Well... The person at the desk was so busy, and there were so many people in line, so I had a feeling they might not register or do anything with this review letter. Therefore, I requested them to double-check if they put these letters in some system. Let's just say you have to be very motivated to write this kind of review for a specific person, and hopefully, they appreciate these behind-the-scenes heroes dearly. ❤️ PS - In a few months, you will find our experience story as a family traveling with small kids on a cruise ship published in Latvian media. #reviews #customerservice #servicedesign #greatemployees #behindthescenes #costacruise #cruise #familyholiday #cruising #servicedesign #humanexperience #appreciatepeoplearoundyou #lindawrites #theessenceofpeople #crewexperience #cruisecrew #media #magazine
