Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting @Joe Tudor from Reconnect who shared his personal journey and experience founding a community that helps people going through tough mental health times. Mental health and depression are still taboo subjects, both in and out of the workplace, but it's time to change that. Reconnect offers courses and events such as socials and group exercise classes to help people explore mental health. At Michael Page and PageGroup, we are committed to fostering a truly inclusive culture where conversations like this can and should be spoken about openly. We strive to offer the right support where needed. It's Mental Health Awareness Week! Our Kervers are our greatest asset so supporting their Mental Health is a top priority of ours 😍 So, how do we do this? 💜 We have a total of 7 Mental Health First Aiders who are on hand to guide employees if they need support. 💜 To break the stigma of Mental Health, we run numerous internal awareness sessions, so that our Kervers, who feel comfortable to, can speak out and share their personal experiences company wide. 💜Our external partners for Mental Health support services are accessible for our UK employees & their family members 24/7. This week, we are celebrating Mental Health Awareness by giving our Kervers 'Moments for Movement' so they can take some time away from work to focus on their mental health, whether that be physical movement, mental reflection or joining an online guided meditation led by our very own Jane Davidson!
