3wI'm a Project Manager in a mobile development team. We are facing the issue of very long review times for our apps in the Google Play store. App 1: Soccer News has passed the closed testing stage on August 9th and since then has been in the "Under Review" status without being made publicly available. It's almost two months of waiting now. App 2: Playmaker AI was submitted for review on September 2nd to start the closed testing phase. It is also still under review. During this time, we have repeatedly contacted technical support. Here are the ticket numbers for our latest inquiries: tech.yougrow.mlstoday 1-4543000036914 tech.yougrow.playmakerai 7-0864000037409 We haven't received any responses to these inquiries either. We also posted on the developer forum, but our message there remains unanswered as well. If you can influence this situation and expedite the review process for our apps, please do so. P.S. It may be a stupid decision to write in the comments. But all official channels of communication are not responding. And we must do something to get the situation moving.
