🎧 Our founder Cecilia Crossley has been listening to CHROs talking about how their work creates positive change for years… talking to so many From Babies with Love partners… She started to think of everyone in HR as a Changemaker…. Not yet commonly used in HR, but changemaker is familiar term to Cecilia; a social entrepreneur, with a background in finance and international development. Until the pandemic, Cecilia felt she was only person in the world that calls you all #HRChangemakers…. And so for a long time she didn’t say it out loud. Perhaps the first person that thought every business should have a #Purpose felt shy about saying that too? 🤔 In the pandemic, when you were (and still are) all working on the physical and mental health (#SDG3) of your colleagues, along with some other examples shouting at her from Linkedin… Cecilia thought – if I can see so many connections between #HR and #ESG, imagine if we ask the experts…. Cecilia searched for where this conversation was happening, to see if she could join in.
