Virtually every golfer dreams of swinging the club faster. At GolfCave, you can turn that dream into reality with our TrackMan Speed Training feature. Here's how it works: 1. Finding the Feature: On TrackMan 9.4, look toward the bottom of the screen and select the Speed Training feature. It's easy to find and even easier to use! 2. Practice Without a Ball: Unlike regular sessions, you don't need to hit a ball to measure your speed. Simply make practice swings with a club or training aid and see what speed you can produce. 3. Free Your Mind: Without the pressure of hitting a ball, you can swing freely and maximize your power. Focus on speed first, then add accuracy and precision later. This feature is a game-changer for any golfer looking to enhance their swing speed and overall performance. Check out our CaveTip on YouTube for a detailed guide on using this feature! https://lnkd.in/gxVkfnZQ

Run and gun 🚀 This is one way to increase your bowling speed and letting your body know that it’s okay to go FAST! Max intent and effort! Taking away all constraints such as accuracy, crease lines and batters, and solely focusing on going FAST. This can be done at the end of your training session for a maximum of 6-10 balls, or can be done separately on a different day. Every ball bowled should be at 100%, if you feel like your speed is dropping and you’re no longer going fast, STOP. You will no longer be focusing on speed but rather endurance. Try this method twice a week🚀

"I've said this before and I'll say it again: get your horse out of the perfectly manicured arenas. It will contribute to their cross training, their soundness, their confidence, and so much more. Be smart about it, know your horse and take baby steps if you have to. But get your horse out and about." Do you want to demonstrate a drill or technique for your swimmers but don’t have a swimmer who can demo? Maybe no one in the group is doing it well or others are busy training. If you don’t have a video library on hand of clear, good-quality video, you’re missing out on an opportunity to bring the message home. Not to mention, having age-appropriate footage so that your swimmers can see themselves in the swimmer who is demo’ing. Hold tight, because we’ve got just what you need coming very, very soon… https://lnkd.in/eagwrHWj
